Leadership coaching does not promise that enviable charisma that graces certain members of society, but the right training can certainly help you towards your aspirations. The aura of a leader—fictional or historical—is something that can be acquired. For a leader is simply someone we admire and want to emulate.
The challenge is overcoming self-doubt. Many of us experience feelings of inadequacy and frustration—we accept the fact we are overlooked as part of life and move on.
Astonishing changes have been witnessed in people participating in leadership coaching. A personal friend who decided to undertake the journey avers she changed beyond her wildest dreams.
